About Robin
Robin has a soft spot when it comes to the underdog (and undercat). A fierce supporter and advocate for animal welfare in our region, she has played a strong roll in reducing shelter overcrowding and keeping pets in their fur-ever homes.. Through her work with UCAN, Adore A Bull Rescue, her own non-profit - Smith’s Pit Stop, and many other organizations, she has had a hand in over 3,000 spay/neuters, and fostered hundreds of homeless animals in need.
Her heart also goes out to supporting those in need medically. As a kidney donor herself, she is an ardent believer in the importance of organ donation.
Robin is also an involved member of the local business community. She was the founder of Clermont County's Slice of Stainless, a manufacturing company that was privately held for 30 years until its sale in 2021.

By focusing on prevention, they help dogs and cats stay healthy, stay home, and stay out of shelters—strengthening families, and improving the quality of each animal’s life.
